Our story
Straight Talk, Solid Work
We're a family-run muffler and auto repair shop in Vallejo, run hands-on by our owner, Gee. Whether you need a new catalytic converter, a muffler swap, or custom exhaust tips, we walk you through your options and give you a fair, honest estimate before we touch your vehicle.
Beyond exhaust work, we do custom welding and fabrication — from body mount chop plates to full builds for local truck clubs. Customers keep coming back, and keep bringing their friends, because we treat every car and every conversation the same way: straightforward, and done right.
We're proud that most of our new customers find us through word of mouth, and we work hard to make sure every visit earns the next referral.
- Owner-operated by Gee, hands-on every visit
- Custom welding and fabrication, not just mufflers
- Trusted by local truck clubs for multi-vehicle work
What customers say
“So we just picked up our 2006 Honda element from Acapulco muffler and they installed a new catalytic converter with the protection cover and the price was really good. It was an amazing experience the best customer service i totally recommend this place to everyone 100% recommended I will be coming back to Acapulco Muffler no doubt about it.”
“The saying goes that you can get it fast, cheap, or well done but never all three. Well, Gee did my catalytic converters and a muffler for an extremely reasonable price, in a fraction of the time I expected, and with great quality. Can't recommend enough.”
“Acapulco Mufflers did an outstanding job on my truck! We walked through all the options, and at the end suggested a set of tips that looked a lot better than the ones I was leaning towards. I will take all my rides there… we have a truck club and Acapulco has done 4 of our trucks so far. Go there!”
